The Clock House takes its name from the impressive clock at the top of the building and the 24 bells that comprise the only Carillon in Andalusia.
Inspired by the architectural style of 18th century Málaga, The Clock House was built in 2017 with a great wealth of detail.

SUSTAINABLE LUXURY
The Clock House is proud to hold the Energy Certificate A, the highest energy efficiency rating that a building can attain in accordance with European legislation. We have achieved it thanks to the installation of an AEROTHERMAL system, the most environmentally friendly one that offers air conditioning in summer, underfloor heating in winter and hot water throughout the year.
Likewise, in order to reduce the use of recycled plastic packaging. The Clock House has chosen to fit its bathrooms with refillable dispensers for soap, shower gel and shampoo made entirely from natural anti-allergy products. Thus, we contribute to limiting our impact.
Without forgetting about the recycling of plastic, paper, and glass that is carried out using 3 rubbish bins located at the entrance to the building.
The Clock House Málaga is located in one the most emblematic squares in the historic centre of Málaga, opposite the Atarazanas Market and a few metres from Calle Marqués de Larios. An ideal location for discovering and feeling the city’s pulse.
